Shipping policy
Standard Shipping All orders ship via UPS Ground within the contiguous United States. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase.
Shipping Rates
- Plate Tables: $40.00 flat rate
- Plates: $15.00 flat rate (1 or 2 plates shipped together in the same box)
Please note that plate tables and plates ship separately and will arrive in individual packages.
International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only.
Expedited & Special Delivery Need expedited shipping or a special delivery arrangement? Contact us at info@theplatetable.com and we'll make it happen.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number.
Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@theplatetable.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will make it right.
