Shipping policy
Standard Shipping All orders ship via UPS Ground within the contiguous United States. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase.
Shipping Rates
- Plate Tables: $40.00 flat rate
- Plates: $15.00 flat rate (1 or 2 plates shipped together in the same box)
Please note that plate tables and plates ship separately and will arrive in individual packages.
Expedited & Special Delivery Need expedited shipping or a special delivery arrangement? Contact us at info@theplatetable.com and we'll make it happen.
International Shipping International shipping is available on a per-order basis. Contact us at info@theplatetable.com before placing your order and we'll provide a shipping estimate. International orders are fulfilled once shipping costs are confirmed.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number.
Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@theplatetable.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will make it right.
